Refund & Returns Policy
At Bōh Apparel, each piece is made especially for you once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce overproduction and create more intentional, small-batch collections.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
As all items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend reviewing our Fit & Size Guide before placing your order.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
